Order Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email tohelp@mystorytime.net. If canceled within this timeframe, we will refund the full amount paid.
If your book arrives damaged or defective, you can request a free replacement or a full refund by contacting us.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days on our end. However, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit in your account. If you have not received the refund even after 14 business days, please reach out to us athelp@mystorytime.net.
Delivery Timelines
Since each book is custom-made for your order, additional time is required for printing and shipping. Below are the estimated delivery timelines:

US
12 to 16 days
India
6 to 10 days

Exceptions
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Changes in mind about the story content after production has started
- Minor variations in color between the digital preview and the printed book (as screen displays and print results may naturally vary)
- Incorrect information provided by the customer during the ordering process
